“I have been welding for 8 years now, but I recently have been welding more in the past 2 years. I really like welding because you get to make new things, repair things, learn techniques, and even understand more complex things most other people don’t know how to do. I really like teaching people how to weld and showing them techniques and different focuses to use while practicing welding. Another thing I enjoy when showing people welding skills, is to show them how awesome welding is and you get to make, reconstruct with it. I get asked to weld small things for people, like figurines, pens, rings, and etc. The only thing I can say I dislike about welding is having holes in my clothes from the sparks it creates, but other than that, theres nothing I can really say that I dislike about it. My favorite weld is ark because it is fun and I get to look at it while I am welding. In my future career I want to work towards becoming a professional off shore rig welder, and even one day make my own  woodworking and fabrication business. I also do woodworking, like building cutting boards and other objects from wooden materials. I’m very passionate about woodworking, welding, and things like that and hope to create a successful future with the techniques it provides and the things I learn from it.”
