From one wrestling team to the next, senior Jaden Wharton is moving on and advancing her wrestling journey. Wharton is going to college for wrestling at Morningside University located in Sioux City, Iowa.
Wharton has been at Baldwin High School for all 4 years of her high school career. Wharton is looking forward to starting a new chapter of her life. She will miss many people at Baldwin High School but will meet so many more people in her new chapter.
What are you most looking forward to about graduation?
“I am looking forward to leaving Baldwin High School and starting my life. “I am excited to go to college and continue my wrestling career.”
What will you miss most about high school?
“I will miss seeing all the people I have created friendships with and memories. I will also miss the wrestling family that I have built here.”

“The words I would describe Baldwin High School are: Interesting, Fun, and Insightful.
What advice do you have for underclassmen?
“Listen to your teachers, ask questions, and do your work. If you stay on top of everything you will do just fine. Also, your grades do matter in all four years.”
What strong traditions do you hope to keep going here at Baldwin High School?
“I hope Mrs. Haeffner continues to do her fun things during second breakfast and the class cup competitions continue.”
