The Bulldogs (7-3) were tested by the Bishop Ward Cyclones (2-8) as they narrowly escaped 53-50 to advance to the second round of the BIT tournament.

The Bulldogs will next play Anderson County (5-3) who defeated the Baldwin 77-67 in the Bulldog/Wildcat Classic in Burlington earlier this season. Anderson County defeated Augusta (3-7) 55-35 in the first round of the BIT.
