Baldwin Wrestling has been a historically good program producing many state placers and state champions. The wrestling program means a lot to the city of Baldwin, so that begs the question, do we need a wrestling room in the high school?

53.3% of juniors said they would support a proposal for a new wrestling room in the high school.

“I think the MPR works, we just need better mats and maybe update the room,” a senior girl said.

Having a new wrestling room would be nice, but the important thing to figure out would be, is there even any room to put a new wrestling room in the high school.

62.5% of sophomores said that there is no room in the high school for a wrestling room.

The main reason for adding something would be to benefit the environment. There is no point of adding something if there is no beneficial aspect to it.

73.3% of freshmen think that a new wrestling room would benefit the high school.

Like everything there are positives and negatives about adding a new wrestling room. Some key things to find out before adding a new wrestling room would be where to put it and how much it would cost.
