Q: Since the 1st semester is getting close to the end, what are your thoughts on the kids and the school so far? 

 “I have really enjoyed this year. Everyone has been very welcoming and things have gone very smoothly as a new teacher to the building,” Broxterman said.

Q: Are you coaching any fall or spring sports?

 “I will be coaching track and field in the spring,” Herrenbruck said.

Q: What inspired you to be a teacher?

 “I was inspired by my high school chemistry teacher and football coach,” Herrenbruck said. 

Q: What is your favorite thing about teaching?

“My favorite thing about teaching is helping students learn a new language and grow in their confidence,” Weisel said. 

Q: How has teaching shaped your life outside of school?

“Being a teacher longer  than I have been a parent has made me a better mom. I was a school mom to many for a long time before I became a “real” mom to my own children. Teaching and being a counselor makes me better,” Howell said.
