Everyone has their own pet peeves about something. A pet peeve is  something that a particular person finds especially annoying. It’s basically a human characteristic. Pet peeves of students at BHS have varied from when people don’t tie their shoelaces to when people tap on their desks.

BHS students had a variety of pet peeves they shared.

“My biggest pet peeve is when people are hypocrites,” sophomore Hayden Burkhart said.

“I really hate it when people lie and cheat,” senior Jon Pratt said.

“My biggest pet peeve is when people complain about every little thing,” junior Ben Morgenstern said.

Students were having a hard time figuring out why they have those pet peeves, and explained that it’s probably an outcome of all the things they like and dislike, in other terms a characteristic.

“I hate hypocrites because it just bothers me when someone talks about someone doing something and then they go and do the same thing,”

Burkhart said.
