The Student Council elections have been held for the 2013-14 school year. The officers are the following:

President: Madeline McCrary

Vice-President: George Letner

Secretary: Corey Valentine

Treasurer: Emma Grossner

Senior to be Madeline McCrary is the new Student Council President.

“Being excited about me being president is an understatement,” McCrary said. “I cannot wait for next year and look forward to being President. Thanks to everyone who voted and all the support. I am definitely proud to be a Bulldog.”

Some students that are involved in Student Council had an input as well.

“I think the student body made very good decisions in their choices for the next school year,” junior Allison Waymire said. “I feel like a lot can be accomplished this school year.”

Class officer elections are currently being held this week.

Allison Waymire will be petitioning to run for class officer for the soon to be senior class.

“Sophomore year I was in student council and I really enjoyed it. When I lost last year, I was really disappointed so I hope that I get into StuCo my senior year” junior Allison Waymire said.

Brooke Hoobler is running for class officer for the incoming junior class.

“I was Secretary freshman year and I’m looking forward to getting involved in Student Council again,” sophomore Brooke Hoobler said.

Everyone is looking forward to a great year next year.
