Thirteen students from Baldwin High School competed in a Digital Media Competition at the Kansas State University on April 4th. Over 25 high schools attend and there was more than six categories that students competed in from Website Design to Video Production.
Junior Bryce Shoemaker and Senior Clint Chapman placed 6th in Webpage Design. Senior Audrey Dighans, Junior Victoria Jaskiewicz, Sophomore Adam Withers placed 6th in Video Production.
Patty Lenning teaches the class that went and competed at this KSTL Competition.
“Web Page Design class chose groups and looked at categories then had to determine the elements to go into their projects or write their own scripts” Lenning said
We did not do the best as we possible could.
“ Our biggest dock in the video was quality of the video, we have very cheap cameras compared to the kids in the broadcast class there that had $2000 cameras” Lenning said.
