BHS spring choir and band concerts

With spring coming around the corner, BHS choir and band has prepared exciting and new songs for the end of the school year. BHS choir have been working on a song called, “sing my child”
“I really like singing the alto part of the song,” senior Ebi Gerrard said. “It’s one of my favorite pieces we have sung.”
Students are sad to hear that choir teacher Rachel Naughtin, is transferring to LHS next school year as the choir director.
“Mrs. Naughtin is leaving next year,” senior Justice McWilliams said, “so these last couple of concerts are going to be meaningful to us” senior Justice McWilliams said,
Come support BHS band by showing up for their solo and small ensemble recital this afternoon. The solos are starting first in the band room at 3:30 p.m, and small ensembles will start at 3:48 p.m in Katie Marten’s room. Regional solos and small ensembles on April 5th, and the State Music Festival on April 9th.
“I am excited to play in Regionals for my senior year,” senior Dylan Jones said, “hopefully I can play at the State Festival too.”
