HUMANS OF BHS: Jack Boyle
“I started making music because I was interested in an artist called Axero; his song ’Downtown’ was the first EDM track I ever listened to, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I make my music in FL studio, which cost me $200. [When making a song] I usually start at 128 bpm and start by making a melody on a piano. The music I make is typical house music you would hear in a club, [but] I’m trying to work on a more mature style like Diplo or Major Lazer. I learned to make music on YouTube, and I never received any teaching 1 on 1. I learned with the tools that everyone has access to. My first EP is available on all platforms. To find my EP just search ‘Arrival by Jack Boyle’ and you should be able to find it.”
