“I have been playing baseball for a very long time ever since I was around 4 so about 11 years. Junior high and highschool are very different as in junior high we did not have a school team so I joined club teams and had to make friends but in high school I know everyone on the teams weaknesses and strengths. As for my favorite part of high school baseball it has to be the away games because we get to go on bus rides and go into other teams home field and disappoint them by beating them. I feel like being one of the only freshmen playing up on Junior Varsity and Varsity is nerve racking at times because I have big shoes to fill in but it can also be fun. I don’t actually know if I will continue playing until my junior and senior years. I am wanting to do other activities but they do not really fit into the baseball schedule. But at the same time I really want to play baseball to play with my friends.”
