“I started skating 3 years ago with my cousin. We’ve skated almost every weekend together since then, if not more. Our uncle got us into skating, he owns Riverrat skateshop in north Lawrence. I feel like skating as an Olympic sport is good for the sport, more people can see skating and be inspired by it.”
